I was trying to do something like the tawainese romance novel bookcover....but i failed.

Just installed Corel Painter recently.
So i drew this picture and tested out the functions.
This picture was drawn and inked manually. So the lines wasn't as good as digitally inked. I coloured the hair and skin in photoshop, then transfered the file in to painter.
I painted the clothes using pattern selection. The gloves, shoe and some other items of the yellow hair girl was painted using artist oil brush.
Using the auto painting function i edited a photo and made it look painted, that's the background.
Then i save the file and open it in photoshop again to do some final edit.
I added shadow and placed the two picture together.
Da da! This is the result.
I think this is the best pic i ever did. XD

I didn't draw anything today. So i thought i'll post something that i drew last time.
Draw this boy not long ago, was testing using photoshop to color. The pic was drawn quite long ago for niftytales, a website i did with my husband wee.
I did this logo for niftytales, the whole thing is drawn and color with macromedia flash.
This is a pink dragon, which i thought was quite cool, but i think wee want to redesign this >.<

It may seem simple but it took me alot of time >.<
I did this drawing yesterday. This was drawn on paper then scanned to computer.
I did the outline using illustrator again, colour using photoshop.
Spend 15mins drawing, but 2hrs outlining, and 1hr colouring >.<
Trying to copy anime style. I quite like this :)
I started drawing a few days back. I did the boy first then the girl, and i put them together to see how it look. but later i realise the lines wasn't very nice.
So i redid another one, using Adobe illustrator to draw the outline.
It took me along time to do that, the outcome wasn't that bad.
This is the redone version of the girl, maybe the colour of the clothes wasn't as nice as the first?
Oh well...i was just testing....>.<
