this is a letter i sent to scare my sister hehe she's an interior designer and i want her to help me build this house. with help from friend architects lol... haha i wish.

Just avoid putting too many windows at your workplace (and the main bedroom hehe). It sucks to have a huge amount of light flowing in without control, especially if your working in the daytime (my studio is 50% windows)
thanks J, yeah, i was quite intrigued sa wood panels on the facade instead of using plain cement and whatnot. ill try to save up for this one like say, 5 - 7 years so by that time, im already married hehe.
